Converter Transformer ( 1500KVA 36KV 18 Pulse)

Induction / Thyristor duty transformers suitable for 3 Pulse / 6 Pulse / 12 Pulse / 18 Pulse drive configurations. It is possible to make major changes in the output current and voltage by using a transformer with a different rectifier configuration. It is used for induction motor starting.

Earthing transformer  (Fault current 4000Amp for 10 seconds)

AJTS manufactures Oil Filled Fixed Speed Drive  Transformers for well head application. Transformers are manufactured in line with standards IEC60076 and DEP Core material is High grade CRGO steel and Windings are made up of electrolytic copper. Type of insulating oil is as per IEC 60296. Step down  range can be from 33KV to 0.9-3.3KV, 1.1-3.8KV, and 1.7-5.1KV Type of insulating oil , tap range and other requirements can be modified as per customer requirements.

AJTS manufactures Oil Filled Variable Speed Drive  Transformers for well head application. Transformers are manufactured in line with standards IEC60076 and DEP Core material is High grade CRGO steel and Windings are made up of electrolytic copper. Type of insulating oil is as per IEC 60296. Step up range can be from 0.433KV to 0.9-3.3KV, 1.1-3.6KV, and 1.7-5.1KV Type of insulating oil, tap range and other requirements can be modified as per customer requirements.

AJTS manufactures Package Substations which consists of an assembly of the SF 6 or Oil type Ring Main Unit as per requirement, Transformer, Low Voltage Distribution Board/Low Voltage Feeder Pillars following on a skid base. The units are supplied without housing or with GRP housing, steel housing as per specifications. Package Substations (Unit Substations / Pocket Substation) are manufactured as per customer specifications and complies with the following standards as applicable. IEC 62271-High voltage/Low voltage pre-fabricated Substations. IEC 60298-A C metal enclosed HV Switchgear. IEC 60076-Power Transformers Standard ratings for Package Substations are: 200 kVA / 500 kVA / 1000 kVA / 1600 kVA / 2000 kVA. Special Transformers like Converter and Earthing. Type of insulating oil is as per IEC 60296. Adequate strength is provided to Transformer tanks through stiffeners to withstand pressure occurring inside transformer. Type of insulating oil, tap switch (off circuit/on load) , tap range and other requirements can be modified as per customer requirements.
